Who needs another anonymous, white-walled coworking space with all the charm of a doctor’s waiting room? The ‘co’ in our coworking stands for community and collaboration, yes, but also coffee, corgis (hi, Pym) and post-work cocktails, across a host of gorgeous accessible and dog-friendly spaces for just £13 a day.

Frequently asked questions

When is coworking available?

Coworking is available from Monday – Friday, from 9am – 5pm. Occasionally we close for events, please check the homepage for more info.
How much is a day pass?

Coworking is pay as you go. A day pass costs £13 per-day and these can be purchased online or in person.
Is there space for meetings?

You can take calls from the open workspaces (please be aware that during busier times, you may need to share tables). We also have a private meeting room called Butterwick, complete with screen and AV equipment. You can book this room by the hour at a discounted rate on the day at reception or in advance by emailing hello@wearekindred.com.
Can I bring guests?

You’re welcome to bring guests or colleagues but they will need to purchase their own day pass. If you would like to book a few day passes, please include the full names of each of your party when booking.
Are your coworking spaces dog friendly?

Food & drink

Food & drink from the Cellar at Kindred kitchen is available throughout the day and can be ordered from anywhere in the building. For an additional £10, you can enjoy our Kindred Daily – unlimited coffee and hot drinks PLUS two out of three of the following lunch options: soup, sandwich, salad. One thing to consider: we don’t allow food & drink to be brought into Kindred from outside, unless medically necessary.

Kindred provides the three most important things that freelancers look for in a workspace: fast Wi-Fi, strong coffee, and plugs! With that solid foundation coupled with the enticing offer of a free coffee at 11am every day, it's a work environment geared towards quality work, making connections and belonging to a community. The fact that you have people who come to Kindred from so many different backgrounds and industries is remarkable and it creates a space filled with different perspectives on working life. I have made friendships with a host of regulars, ranging from accountants and web designers to mental health professionals and screenwriters. Some of those connections have led to new business opportunities and I am currently working with three separate Kindred community members. I would highly recommend Kindred to anyone looking for a place to work in Hammersmith or London – it is leaps and bounds ahead of any coworking spaces I have been to.

Having tried around 10 coworking spaces across London, Kindred is by far the best. The space is beautiful and cosy, the staff are friendly, and crucially there's a vibrant community of fellow coworkers who actually connect regularly over coffee. For anyone like me who feels isolated working from home alone or disconnected as a faceless cog in a corporate coworking machine, Kindred is the answer. I've met some great friends, found freelance clients, and attended inspiring talks (all that coming from an antisocial introvert!). The sustainable and delicious menu and coffee don't hurt either...

Kindred has quickly become my whenever-I’m-in-London working home, with a team who honestly couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and professional. It has all the comforts you could want: from the truly great wifi, an open fire!, brilliant coffee (with coffee mornings for helpful break time), lovely food (and a fabulous daily deal!), visiting dogs, and a relaxed, focussed and welcoming vibe. I never fail to fly through my to do list every time I’m there.
